Meet Bridget

Meet Bridget, a young woman who dreams of becoming a professional tailor. Bridget lives in a community, where she faces many challenges and hardships. Her father abuses her and she has no access to quality education. She wants to learn how to sew so that she can earn a living and help her family. That's why Burden Bearers, a non-profit organization that supports vulnerable women and children in need, is sponsoring Bridget to join a sewing and tailoring project. This project will teach Bridget the skills she needs to make clothes and accessories, as well as how to manage a small business. Burden Bearers will also provide Bridget with a sewing machine, materials, and mentorship. Bridget is one of the many women who benefit from Burden Bearers; sewing and tailoring project.
